Write Murder is the story of struggling writer Paige Blanche and his former best friend and current worst enemy bleach blonde has-been, Angela Panderson, better known to her fans as Angel.

After ghostwriting her memoir/roman a clef, Paige gets unceremoniously fired by his friend and writing partner. As the book begins, he is at the end of yet another bad gig, destitute and more than a little bitter over the abrupt end to his partnership with Angel. A chance encounter between the two rivals on the night of the party celebrating Angel’s engagement to billionaire media mogul Seth St James, publicly reignites their feud. Hours later, the body of Angel’s murdered fiancé turns up in her hotel suite. Clearly being set up, Angel arrives at Paige’s door, covered in blood and pleading for help from the last man on earth who’d want to help her and the only one who can’t turn her down. Together, the two embark on a madcap romp through the looking glass of Hollywood as they try to solve the murder, clear their names, and get a three-picture deal in the process.

Write Murder is like a cross between The Devil Wears Prada and a Jackie Collins novel and, I hope, a hell of a lot fun in addition to being a good old fashioned murder mystery!
